Frequently Asked Questions

Below we have listed answers and information to some of our most frequent queries. If you have any other specific questions that are not covered in these FAQ's please contact us directly. 

Q. Are you open for reservations?
We will officially open in July 2024 but are taking reservations and bookings now for July onwards. Reservations must be made by persons over the age of 25. 

 

Q. Is there a minimum stay duration?
Yes. Our options are as follows.
Weekly, friday to friday or monday to monday. A 3 night weekend stay friday to monday. A 4 night weekly stay monday to friday.

 

Q. Is each cottage private?
Yes, each of our 5 cottages are private with own front door. to monday. A 4 night weekly stay monday to friday.

 

Q. Is parking available on site?
Yes, right next to The Old Bridge House which can accommodate upto 10 vehicles (max 2 per cottage). Additional free street parking is also available close by.
 

Q. Are your cottages wheelchair accessible?
One of our cottages has been designed for wheelchair access on ground floor. Please contact us with any accessibility questions direclty and we will endeavour to assist where possible.

 

Q. Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately not. Pets are not allowed at The Old Bridge House.

 

Q. What is the maximum occupancy per cottage?
Each of our 5 cottages provides one double bed master suite (ground floor) and a second triple room (double bed + single bed) on the first floor.

 

Q.How do we collect our keys?
You will be met by a member of our team upon check in where keys, welcome pack and orientation will be provided.

 

Q What time is check in and check out?

Check in from 3:30pm & check out at 10:00am 

 

Q. Is there storage for bikes / surfboards / golf clubs?
Yes we will have secure storage for larger leisure items.

 

Q. Do you cater for group bookings?

Please contact us for specific enquiries about group bookings or multiple cottages.
